How it all began...

After growing up in an unsafe, dysregulating & abusive household with a mentally ill stepfather, while being bullied in school, struggling with self worth & boundary issues, and watching my parents’ toxic relationship dissolve through manipulation & abuse I became someone who very much lived as a victim of the circumstances I was dealt. 

The empowered & aligned version of me you see today manifested through years & years of profound inner shifts, incredible challenges, and initiating into my deep self-discovery journey.

It started with my first introduction into spirituality with the book "Many Lives, Many Masters", by Dr. Brian Weiss.

For the first time in my life, I was shattering my entire reality & world I thought I lived in, piece by piece, the deeper I went. I came to the realization that I "create my own reality" and this universe is much more vast & mysterious than I had ever fathomed.

I was awakening;
To my inner power.
To corruption in the medical & food industries.
To spiritual concepts I had never even heard of.
To the truth.

I realized I had the power to create my life from that point forward— by becoming conscious. Facing my depths. Facing my deep pain and wounds. My shadows.

My wounds became the catalyst and fuel to empower me towards the life I envisioned and desired.

As a result, I started to heal my entire fucking life from the inside out. I continue to learn, grow and expand every day through self education, diving down rabbit holes, and applying + practicing.

Little did I know it would be my dharma to lead other starseeds with their awakening and empowerment journeys using powerful methods I've mastered over the years.

Awakening wasn't all sunshine & rainbows...

Going through a spiritual awakening has NOT come easy at all, nor did I have things handed to me on a silver platter. I barely had the support, aside from my husband, and I surely did not have someone like me (now) to go to for guidance.

The world was very confusing.
I was lost.
I was depressed.
I was angry.

I haven’t always been the confident, radiant & empowered (or fit) business owner you see today…

During my first dark night of the soul, right as you guessed it, my Saturn return in my late twenties, I had no sense of direction, no idea where my life was going and had fallen off the path.

I was 20 lb overweight for the first time in my life (I grew up an athlete); struggling to land a job after graduating art school; and suffering from a toxic relationship with an alcoholic.

On top of it all, in 2013 I came down with an unidentified illness (which now I think it was actually a form of CV) after a terrible bout with bronchitis. I felt completely helpless.

The universe was slapping me so hard to redirect me back on track...

So what did I do?

I applied & accepted my first big girl corp role back in my home state and kissed it all goodbye: the depression, the unsuccessful career, the relationship, the disempowered victimhood mentality, the lack mindset—all of it.

Then the pandemic hit in 2020. Which was another HUGE wake up call that I still wasn't in alignment (and there was NO FUCKING WAY I was complying to tyranny either).

The corp life was simply not me at all. I did not fit in anywhere I went, I always felt misunderstood and don’t even get me started on office politics, unethical business practices and my fair share of experiences with horrible bosses.

Not to mention, it wasn't conducive to my optimal health and was taking it's toll.

I was suffering high cortisol + high stress, from the commute alone.

The universe was once again redirecting me to my higher calling...

One day, before quitting my 9-5 in late 2021, I decided to start a side hustle that was more aligned with my purpose—I started my first business, an online crystal shop.

This led me on the path to unraveling and breaking down previous outdated beliefs on what it meant to be a “spiritual” & “witchy” woman and business owner, while learning truly what it took to run a crystal shop behind the scenes (which turns out is WAY more work than I ever imagined & ultimately was still not my true purpose at all).

The further I went into my self discovery journey, the more and more of my authentic self was revealed, like their own little gems in a mine.

It wasn't until I discovered astrology, EFT and my starseed origins that I truly found my life's calling and what my mission is on this planet in this life.

Once I continued seeking knowledge & inner growth, growing my relationship with my star family, spirit guides & angels, reclaiming my infinite potential & power, I started to see a clearer path forward on how to serve the collective consciousness in a more aligned & grounded way— that fostered both my desire to be an entrepreneur and honored my own needs as a lightworker.

A path that would ultimately lead to creating the biggest impact, reaching a bigger audience, and creating the lifestyle of freedom & abundance I desired.

A star(seed) is planted...

Looking back, all those trials & tribulations were simply there to guide me; to show me where I needed to be and who I needed to become—to align me back on the path of my higher calling.

I can only reflect on each "breakdown" moment and be grateful for it all.

Because every time it has led me to a BREAKTHROUGH.

The transformation & mindset resulting from those major life shifts have ultimately led me to a newfound understanding of how the universe works, and how truly powerful we are as light beings.

It showed me that our outer reality is a direct mirror of our inner worlds.

And that all along, we've had the power to create miracles & magic by transforming our deepest wounds into a stepping stone to unlocking our wildest dream life.
